LOVE Cosmetips! I order every time they release a new edit! The most recent edit being the MollyMae one was shipped and received quickly even with me being in Northern Ireland.
Exceptional value for money. And I have always had great customer service from them.
Can’t wait for the next edit to be released!

I recently ordered the Molly Mae edit from cosmetips. I had a very poor experience with their nameless customer service. I received an email out of the blue asking me to pay another 15 pounds for shipping as the parcel had returned to the warehouse. I had never received any notification of attempted delivery & on checking the tracking it appears that delivery wasn't even attempted. So it was out of my control, with no reason given for the failure to deliver. After a lengthy email ping pong they eventually agreed to ship my parcel with DHL instead of royal mail without charging me. So I eventually received my package but after a lot of negotiation, where they didn't even answer my questions in full. I would not be encouraged to order off them again, especially as I see there is another similar review here already (I wish I checked beforehand). My package was as expected & I am happy with my products but it shouldn't have been so difficult to get it delivered & I have never experienced that with any order in the past.

Not sure how they make it possible to buy such high end, incredible products for such a low price, but they do! Parcel arrived within a few working days, beautifully packaged and all high quality items. Have been recommending to everyone I know and will definitely be keeping my eye out for future deals :)

This company is a fraud and a total scam - do not purchase. Royal Mail never delivered my order yet cosmetips hasn’t sorted it out and customer service keeps ignoring my emails or telling me they can’t reship or refund because Royal Mail hasn’t returned the item to them, even though in the tracking it’s evident that they never delivered. Disgraceful service - avoid like the plague

I love their edits (this is how they call their beauty bags). They are amazing, love every single product, high end ones, and love the idea you just buy the bags you love without having to subscribe. I just received my third beauty bag.

My third Cosmetips box and I love it. The products are always lovely quality and things I wouldn’t normally use. I love how it comes with the booklet to explain what all the products are and how to use them too.

More people need to hear about this company, and that's why I shared it in a group. I got some fantastic products worth more than what I paid for the whole box 😍 Planning to buy some more edits before they're gone soon.

I bought the Molly Mae box back in November maybe? amazing value for money, full sized products. Im so impressed, cant wait for more boxes as they aren't super often but recommend to all beauty lovers. I realised there is no other reviews so hopefully this can help others trust Cosmetips.
