Ordered 2nd time on CosmeticNow. Order confirmation, dispatch and shipping informations emailed. Products delivered in one week.

I ordered product on June 21,received one within a few days and as of June 30 no update had been received on shipment of two far more high value items. When I called the 1300 number other was unattended so I had to send an email. I have been a very loyal client of Cosmetics Now for many years and up to now have found their service excellent. Not sure why things have changed but hope they will improve very quickly.

My order took longer to receive than I expected but I was responded to by the company in a very timely manner which assured me that I wasn’t scammed. Then the order came a few days after that. So all in all, I can give them a good rating.

I was very impressed when I approached them for an update on my order as had heard absolutely nothing from NZ Post with regard to the tracking status. The response was immediate informing me the parcel had been delivered unlike our postal system who told me absolutely zilch. I have used thus company before and always had excellent service.

Delivery is very slow, sometimes your order is not sent together. I wish the delivery would be faster.

Product, from other reviews, already knew was good. The 5 stars is for the great customer service from Cosmetics Now. It's always re-assuring when there is a response from an online vendor when you encounter an issue. The constant feedback and eventual resolution was more than satisfactory.

Thank you so much for providing a perfume that is harder to find in Australia at a very competitive price. Only reason why it isn't 5 stars as I was not aware it needed to be shipped from another location to cosmeticsnow before it was shipped to me which delayed shipping notification/receiving it which made me worried but once it was received by CN it came only a few days later which was great! I will be using CN again in the future ❤️
