Bad performance
Bought Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Le parfum a couple 1-2 weeks ago. It had good performance for around 1 and a half weeks and then it started smelling like pure alcohol. The vanilla scent it supposed to have is gone now I just smell alcohol and 1% smooth vanilla scent. I feel like I got scammed.

How to lose a potential customer!
Cosma continue in failing to recognise the fact that their website advertises "Free Delivery" against and alongside particular products that customers may wish to purchase. They appear to be blind to this point. Their Customer Service team and IT Dept need to get their act together. Paul Hewitt (a potential customer now lost).

Ordered two Kenzo perfumes, L'Eau Kenzo and IL Mondo E Bello. I have been using them all my life. Ordered as these two are not easily available any more and trusted to 4-5 star reviews for Cosma...
They both smell like Very Cheap after shave waters. Stay away from Cosma Parfumeries, such a shame!
