Claiming off guarantee is a joke!
Bought a heated faux fur throw Jan 2025. Used a handful of times, and when I tried to begin using again in Oct the controller wouldn’t work. I have now been in touch with help@cosihome since Oct, speaking to ‘Myra’ not the not very clever or helpful AI assistant. After multiple emails just to confirm yes, it is covered under the guarantee and they will send me a replacement, you would think the rest would be smooth sailing. Nope!! Ever time I chase where the controller is, it’s another generated response asking for the same info time and time again, and not progressing to actually being able to confirm if the controller has actually been dispatched. So I have a great faux fur throw - non heated from cosy home. Would 100% never buy from then ever again- good luck if you need to claim off your guarantee!
Appreciate Black Friday is a busy time for customer services for all businesses. However. I started this claim back in October, before Black Friday which is end of Nov, so really not sure how being patient through the period should be applied here. Ideally it should have been resolved well before this busy period….

Brilliant quality and value
Brilliant. Had a blanket for 5 years, contacted customer services to check about a replacement remote and they have sent a new one. Thank you to Grace who helped with this. Have since ordered another blanket and the quality is amazing.
Great customer service
Heated throw works amazing, gets lovely and warm and is super soft. Unfortunately after about a month some of the stitches on the seem started failing and I sent them a email explaining this and showing them the fault and straight away they have agreed to send out a replacement

An amazing product and company
Order sent quickly and efficiently. Tracking sent so I knew when to expect it. The blanket is super cosy and keeps things toasty. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a heated throw.

Outstanding Customer Experience Service
Ordered a faux fur heated overthrow from Cosihome item was received promptly and was very happy with the throw but recently had a problem with it heating up so contacted Myra from Cosihome who dealt with my problem very quickly and after trying a few recommended troubleshooting tips I was sent out a replacement. Would definitely use Cosihome again as it is a great product but it is reassuring to know if there are any issues they deal with their customers excellently

LIE IN RESPONSE TO REVIEWS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, VERY POOR PRODUCTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very poor products and very poor and unresponsive customer service. Product failed within warranty but they are clearly not interested in providing a replacement and appear to be stalling. Only email reply is asking for the same information already provided. No response since. No phone number to get hold of them, a deliberate move to avoid having to respond to customers. Would AVOID and go elsewhere for more reliable products.
UPDATE: COSIHOME ALSO LIE. THEIR RESPONSE IS NOT TRUE, THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AND HAVE NOT PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY NOT TO USE THEM.

Cosi Home although helpful are let down by the supplier of heated throw which is made in China. I have had 2 of the heated throws and both were faulty. However Cosi Home responded well which is encouraging these days.
