Recently went to Cosco Bushey and bought garden ornaments and struggled to get help loading them onto trolley and then in car.Nathan Carson came to assist and was e er so helpful.He loaded them onto trolley and then into my car.I had to return for the remaining ones and he saw us struggling.He had just finished work at 9pm and offered to drop them to our house which he did.He helped us lift them into garden.The nicest loveliest person and is an asset to company.He has such good customer services skills and should be part of the management team.

I purchased a wine fridge which is faulty, the supplier has been around and agreed to replace/ refund. Cosco dont have any in stock and have been trying to organise a collection for over a month. Apparantly they did turn up once without notice and didnt leave a card. I am dealing with their call centre who are poor to respond and come back with the same message someone will contact you. Unbelieveable poor customer service. ref 79214287500
