No one contacted me for a long time, and no one answered my emails. They sent me the track number only once. And it contains information that the parcel is being returned to the sender. My newborn daughter is without a stroller. The money is not refunded

Sentimos que no hayas recibido tu pedido pero como te dijeron mis compañeros por telefono, tras comprobar contigo los datos, eran incorrectos, de esta manera es imposible que pasen el control de aduanas, por tanto, hemos tenido que esperar a tenerlos para poder corregirlo y reenviartelo, tal y como te comentaron por telefono.
Entendmeos que te corra prisa, pero hay cosas que son inevitables, y si los datos no son correctos no podemos hacer mucho más al respecto.

Cosatto looks amazing in photos, so I was so excited to see if the pram would be as nice in real life and it's even nicer. Incredible price for such a beautiful travel system. We ordered from Spain and the shipping was fast and products well packaged. Simply amazing.

Bad option, lacks of ergonomics.
We bought the Noodle 0+ highchair and we believe it's not a good product if you plan to make BLW with your babies, mainly for two reasons:
1.- There's no height-adjustable platform for the baby to put the feet on. This means she/he will be forced to eat with their feet hanging until she/he's at least one year old(?) or tall enough to reach the fix platform. This is a big problem. Babies need to put their feet on a platform in order to allow their backs to be in a good position.
2.- The pan is too high for a 6-9 month baby. They need to put their arms up and it makes it an uncomfortable chair and, again, lacks of ergonomics.
We will need to resell it and look for another one as we want to do BLW with our daughter and it's not possible with this one.
I edited this post in order to explain a bit further the issue with the platform.

La trona noodle 0+ si cuenta con reposapiés y es ajustable.
De los 0 a 6 meses deben usar el asiento totalmente reclinado, sin la bandeja. La bandeja y el resto de posiciones de reclinado son a partir de los 6 meses.
Seguimos las medidas estandares europeas pero entendemos que no todos los niños son iguales.
