Nothing new - just another expensive diet app
Its only another app as others you find gratis. The "individual" plan consists in a few meal recipies and then you track water and steps as in any fitness watch app for example. No daily plan for exercises or meditation combined with meals to change habits. Of course you can book a personal trainer, or buy other extras but for me it seems worthless after trying a circle of days. No refund of course as US company is not under EU law for online purchase. Very disappointing.

I totally agree with a previous review which I have just read. I signed up for a monthly subscription and then I was inundated with extras.
I made a mistake because I thought the e-book was free and then it the next minute I had been charged 32.23€. I immediately wrote and said I was not happy with the charge and did not want the e-book but they would not offer a refund. I have sent their email with regards the ebook back and cancelled my subscription.
Very clever marketing strategy which I hope future customers do not fall for.
At the end of the day you don’t get a lot for your basic subscription and so therefore need to sign up to all the extras which make it expensive. Not a happy customer.
