At the time of this review, this company already had a lot of positive feedback - which is what led me to buy from them instead of a knock off product or 3rd party. I can confirm this is a solid company with a good product, good staff, and reliable service. The customer support rep I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided a replacement device when I made an error in trying to fit my initial purchase. Definitely happy with my purchase

Megan Childs was an EXTREMELY helpful customer support rep. She went beyond the call of duty in helping to properly size my Correct Toes, taking it upon herself to make the appropriate cuts. Thanks to Megan, my Correct Toes fit perfectly! Very few companies today offer this high level of customer support. I will recommend Correct Toes to others.

Customer service at Correct Toes was top notch and the website offered many informative videos to answer my questions.

Outsanding Customer Service! I bought my correct toes and altered one incorrectly. I called and explained and representative (Megan) shipped a replacement one the very same day!

I purchased my correct toes at the end of October, and they started to split between the great and second toe. I reached out to Correct Toes, and they responded quickly. Megan is sending me a new pair.

What made my experience great was that Megan responded right away to my email concerning the delivery timeframe for my order.

Thirteen years ago, my toes started curling. And I have a bunion on my left baby toe. All from years of scrunching my feet into pointy shoes & high heels (I am 46). I have tried nearly everything, from acupuncture, to massage, to a tens unit. Everything was short term & needed to be done daily. I happened to Google toe spacers & spent the $65. I figured I have spent more money than that. And the concept made sense. Oh my goodness! I wore them longer than I should have my first day, because for the first time in years, I was able to walk without my toes curling. These things are absolutely amazing and so very worth every dollar. I will def be buying more, as I honestly cannot picture my life without them now. You have no idea how much better I can walk now, because of Correct Toes. And its only been 3 days. You are a Godsend to me.

I reached out with a question concerning the products return policy and received a quick response concerning this. This put me at ease and I made my purchase of quantity 2 Correct Toes toe spacers. I spent the extra money for quicker shipping and asked Megan Childs, the representative who first answered me on the return policy, if there was anyway to ensure this shipped out as soon as possible trying to get the item in time for a birthday gift. Megan replied with "What I am going to do is mail them out today, they would not be going out till either Wed or Thursday." This was huge in my eyes. Megan could have easily gave the standard answer "We will do what we can but can not make any promises." I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. I look forward to trying the toe spacers out and possibly getting more items in the future.

I had a manufacturing issue and it was dealt with right away with no hassle. This is the first company that has done this for me. It is appreciated that they stood by the quality of the product without me having to invest hours of my time to rectify it.

Great product! I have tried many cheap ones purchased online which all did not perform or produce the results I was looking for. Worth the little bit extra to get the right product 1st time around!
Stumbled across reviews for Correct Toes and purchased from Emperorsnewshoes in the UK, staff helped me get the right size. I have been wearing it periodically for a few weeks now, they feel great on, and I feel with time they will provide the results I am looking for.

The Correct Toes gift card that I received did not work. First the website didn't recognize it, then the website stated that my $250 gift card was expired!?!?! I contacted Correct Toes and was lucky enough to connect with Megan Childs. She and her team at Correct Toes took care of my problem and, staying in contact with me throughout the process. I have loved correct toes for years now. During my most recent order I ran into some problems and customer service was super responsive and took care of my issues in no time. They were pleasant and made sure everything was taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them higher!

There was a problem with the website and allowing me to order properly, so I send a message to customer service and promptly received a call back from Meghan. She was very kind, friendly and genuine. She helped me fix the problem right away and followed up to make sure that everything went through as it should.Great customer service – highly appreciated!

Megan C. was very quick to respond and solved my problem with the best outcome I was hoping for.

Personal contact from Megan! She emailed when it was clear I had not adequately completed my order and assured me how to proceed. It all worked well. Initially how to combine a gift card with a credit card was not clear because the gift card is not subtracted right away.

The customer service has answered and helped me when I needed and that's very nice when as a client you have and issue with por bought. Thanks a lot!
