This company offer travel services to my employer. They are pretty terrible making mistake after mistake.
They are hard to deal with and never wrong.
After hours service can take over 45 minutes to get through, not good when your checking into a hotel after a long flight.
They can’t book major suppliers in Europe such as Europecar, Sixt and Thrifty. Sometimes they book through Expedia!!! That’s right a travel agent booking through another travel agent.
