Great service even though
When i walked into the building into the right side office, two employees sitting on the computer to the left of the door apparently were surprised or scared of me or of someone coming in to pick up a corporate seal. I was then directed by a third employee located at the far right corner of the right side office, to go to the office on the left side of the building were they seemed to be more used to dealing with walk in customers. I was greeted very amicably, the product I ordered was ready, it was handed to me without issue. I had called by phone before coming in and the phone service I received was great. I think management should inform those two employees that customers do come in to pick up items, so they're not so surprised in the future (note: I did not walk in abruptly).
I do recommend this company.

She had just started that day and was not familiar with customers picking up their orders also she was immersed in trying to learn her new duties with the second employee. We sincerely apologize and this information will be provided to her as well as any new employees in the future of our pickup policies.

The timeliness was great and the quality of the book was also great. I did have issues with the disk however. We are not able to edit the documents only fill in the blanks. Not sure if I was doing something wrong but it didn't give us very good looking documents.

Great Company Website needs Help
I was very pleased with the turnaround time for my order. However, the most troublesome part was trying to navigate through the archaic website. The descriptions were limited and I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted let alone feel confident in my purchase. The product turned out to be a good and usable item, however I wouldn't have purchased certain items to be included had I known without a doubt that they weren't needed. A better description and more pictures would have been helpful.
