We're so sorry you had a difficult time navigating the website. We will be creating a more user friendly site next year, but we understand at the present time it can be difficult to navigate. We did pull your order and see that you ordered the blank certificates with no wording on them. If wording is what you would prefer we recommend our standard wording certificates that will have wording on both the front and back of the certificate where as the blank certificates will come completely blank. I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Continue to be very pleased. Good quality product, promptly and accurately delivered. Tiniest of quibbles...paying extra to deliver to a home office seems odd, and I really miss the cool brass coasters they included about 15 years ago...but I’m a fan!
