After conducting a detailed analysis of the reviews posted regarding the service, we found that a significant number of reviews appear to be non-genuine, misleading, or not based on actual service experiences. Several reviews contain statements that do not align with the agreed project scope, delivered services, or documented communication records.

Our investigation also indicates that some individuals have raised complaints or posted negative feedback related to features, services, or modifications that were not included in the original proposal, contract, or agreed deliverables. In multiple cases, additional work was requested beyond the approved scope without corresponding approval of additional development charges.

Additional features and support requests were demanded without acceptance of the associated costs.

Based on the available records, communications, and project documentation, we conclude that many of the negative reviews do not accurately represent the quality of services delivered and may be considered misleading or unfair. We encourage prospective clients to evaluate feedback alongside verified project agreements, delivery records, and documented communications to gain a balanced understanding of the services provided.

We remain committed to transparency, professional service delivery, and resolving genuine concerns through proper communication channels.

This company and their Director (Hariom Bhardwaj) and it's Team has failed to fulfill its commitments and has caused significant delays. I paid ₹30,000 for a project on 10 September 2025. As per the signed agreement, the project was to be delivered within 15–20 working days. However, as of 14 June 2026, more than nine months have passed, and the project has still not been delivered.

Despite repeated follow-ups, calls, and messages, there has been little to no response from their side. Furthermore, they have been unable to provide a clear and accurate status of the project, including whether it has been completed, remains incomplete, or is still under development. Instead of providing a resolution, they have continuously given excuses and failed to meet their contractual obligations.

I also understand that another company operating under the name "DevelDart" may be associated with Corpjack Technologies. Prospective clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and verify any business relationships before engaging with either organization.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution before dealing with this company. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, and share your details.

I am in the process of filing a legal complaint regarding this matter and would appreciate hearing from others who may have been affected.

Worst services... don`t trust them. They are fake just taking money in advance on commitment and than did not response calls. Their is a sales woman called Mamta who is mastermind in fraud activities.

Sir/Madam,

That I, have given the an EdTech start-up project similar to Shiksha.com, comprising features such as university/school/college data integration, scholarship modules, rankings, content scraping and other specifications as per the mutual agreement executed between myself and your company. ( As per agreement) Which is acceptance you given through mail .

That on the basis of your advertisement on Facebook and subsequent discussions, you assured me of timely delivery of the aforesaid project. Pursuant thereto, I paid an advance sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to your company as part of the project consideration. After discuss with Ms sunita Rs. 5,000/- transfer on certain terms that first you complete scraping work on time after complete scraping work next payment will be credited or would be transferred and told you very clearly that no more demand before completing scraping work but after credit payment of rs 5 k , your team members illegally demand money on phone which is unethical , unjustified . After transfer rs 5 k nothing has done any development work I would like to know in kind notice that total project cost rs 50,000/- ( fifty thousand only with penalty clause . After paid rs 50 percent payment next 50 percent payment will be paid transfer of the complete project with source code on our server. You unnecessary , intentionally delayed my project which is heavy financial losses. Because it's directly reflect to company financial position , not able to register startup portal india .which all financial losses will be recovered by your company . You not pick up my phone not reply me on WhatsApp regarding my project development .

That despite repeated assurances, several SMS, phone calls, and follow-ups with your Project Incharge, Ms. Sunita Bhardwaj as well as Director Mr. Hariom, no serious steps have been taken towards fulfilling my obligations under the said contract or agreement It has also been categorically conveyed by your developer that the project work has been stopped without any justification.

That till date, no scraping work has been carried out, no modules of the agreed EdTech platform have been delivered, and you have failed to comply with the terms of our agreement. You have also failed to provide a functional office at the address disclosed to me, thereby raising strong suspicion of your fraudulent intent.

That by your deliberate inaction, negligence, and false promises, you have caused me harassment, financial loss, mental agony, and have indulged in cheating and fraud, thereby attracting liability under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and other applicable laws.

Please note that as per the terms discussed, a penalty clause was also agreed upon in case of delay in delivery. You are, therefore, in breach of contract and are liable for compensation, refund, and damages.

Therefore, through this notice, I hereby call upon you as follows:

a) To immediately resume and complete the development of my EdTech project strictly as per the agreed features, specifications, and timelines as per agreement mail to you within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of this notice; OR

b) Refund to me forthwith the advance sum of Rs. 15,000/- along with interest @ 12% p.a. and compensation of Rs. 200000/- for harassment, breach, and loss of business opportunity.

Failing which, I shall be constrained to initiate civil as well as criminal proceedings against your company and its directors, including but not limited to filing a Suit for Recovery, Damages, and Compensation, and lodging of a criminal complaint/FIR under Sections 406, 417, 418, 420, and 506 of the IPC and other applicable laws, entirely at your risk, cost, and consequences.

You are further put to notice that this is my last and final communication in this regard.

A copy of this notice is retained in my office for future legal reference.
