Utterly incompetent. We have contract with Cornwall Waste Solutions to empty an Airbnb bin. Simple right? Every week without fail they come to the property and empty the wrong bin! The bin we want emptied has “Cornwall Waste Solutions” in big letters but they empty regular Cornwall Council bins instead. When we call to try to get this fixed they are rude as can be but do at least promise to give their operatives clear instructions. And the very next week … same problem again. Infuriating!

If you are searching for waste removal look no further.Cornwall Waste Care provide an excellent service. Always approachable, they reply quickly to any queries, are efficient in their removal of waste and are polite and helpful. Collection is from the immediacy of the bin location so no dragging out onto the pavement of bins or unsightly lines of empty bins. My experience was from a holiday rental. Guests found the system easy to follow. Just two sacks, (provided by the company) colour coded for efficiency. Bins are locked so no seagull intruders or spilt rubbish. These guys have cracked waste removal and I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Excellent!

Shane Beadle of CWS came to inspect a commercial property I have been looking to purchase, with regard to assessing the various waste disposal streams that might be involved in cleaning up historical environmental contamination on the site.

Shane clearly has a lot of experience, was very thorough in his appraisal and straight forward with his advice. If the project goes ahead I would certainly use CWS for the clean up of the site and for general waste handling in the future.

The service I have received has been second to none absolutely first class. We have a holiday cottage and so only required fortnightly collections and only during the holiday season. CWS were only too happy to oblige. In addition there charges are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
