Excellent pasties fast delivery still frozen on arrival good job.

Apart from 4 of the 8 giant Cornish pasties which were broken badly, shipping and keeping up to date with order was brilliant just very disappointed that 4 were completely broken.

These are the tastiest pasties I have ever consumed highly recommend!

Only tried lamb and mint so far but the lamb in both was a lump in just one place, usually filling is spread quite evenly and more of it, they were very tasty.

I received my order a day late defrosted. this was not the fault of the Cornwall hamper store but the carriers. I emailed Cornwall hamper store which is sending me a replacement. I call this excellent after-sales service.
Also, the pasties are the best I have had (except for my mum's).

The pasties arrived in a box which had been ripped apart at both ends, the products were very visible and the inside was very wet. I had to refuse it as it was possible it had been tampered with. I have written to you three times but so far have not had the courtesy of a reply. My pension is now sadly depleted with no products to hand.

Excellent pasties as always. A taste of the South-West that isn't replicated in Northern made pasties.

One of my 2 parcels was late and soft. Cornwall Hamper Store replaced straight away. When delivered next day, the pasties arrive frozen. All the pasties are great.

I have ordered pasties from here for a few years now and the service is always first class , I love Cornish pasties and I go to Cornwall every year but this company make great pasties that remind me of my holidays there

This time I bought the medium sized pasties instead of the cocktail size. They cooked much better and as they had more filling were much tastier. I will be buying this size again.
These pasties arrive frozen. Thank goodness they arrived next day as the packaging had changed. They were still in an outer cardboard carton but inside instead of being in a polystyrene box they were in a silver padded envelope. Although still frozen they were not frozen as hard so I think if they had got held up and been delivered 24hrs later they would have thawed out.
Even so I will be buying from this company again. I recommend them.

Nice pasties when arrived they were stuck together and started to defrost. Need yo be separated when packed.

We did not receive the pasties ordered! DPD said the parcel was rejected as it was damaged, but we had not rejected it! Attempted delivery was not to the address on the order.
Finding it difficult to get in touch with suppliers as no phone number and haven’t had any reply to email!
Very unsatisfactory.
