Not only is the product truly wonderful…
Not only is the product truly wonderful the customer service is fabulous. I’m whole heartedly invested in this company and will now go on to use their other products. It feels slightly pricey but it absolutely does what it says on the packaging and is a small price to pay for a natural product that actually works. Even the packaging is special. My hair looks and feels beautiful after just one wash. This company have really done their research and deserve the recognition for such a special hair product.

The shampoo doesn’t lather very much but that’s because it doesn’t have any of the nasties that crest lather but are bad for your hair. I find adding the shampoo to the scalp using fingertips & gently massaging to the ends works best & always shampoo twice. The conditioner is a real treat. Only a little needed & I comb it through making it easier once towel dried to comb. Smells amazing & I definitely have less hair loss since using it. Post menopausal must.

Amazing products
The products are amazing, the shampoo and conditioner make my hair feel so much healthier and thicker, the moisturiser is fantastic and leaves my skin feel so soft , I’ll definitely be trying out more products. The service is so quick and delivery so fast, highly recommend.

Communication issues
Ordered on 3rd June.
No Royal mail tracking number provided.It is now 10th June, my money has been taken from my bank account and my order hasn't even been despatched. It would appear that from looking at other customer comments they too are having similar issues. I have emailed twice along with several bot messages and as yet only had one email response back stating “Due to nationwide shipping volume, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Please allow another business day to receive a tracking number” As yet we still do not have a tracking number. As a new customer this doesn’t give a very good impression, and as other customers have previously stated shows all the signs of being a scam!! I’m hoping that this is just a communication issue because I genuinely feel from all my research that your products are the best. However unable to comment until I have received the products I ordered.

Itchy scalp greasy hair
I really wanted to like this and I bought on a deal because lets face it £50 on shampoo and conditioner these days can be tight on the purse strings! I stuck with it and ive used many natural shampoos before so im well aware of the 'lack of foaming' which i noted on many comments....but this is part of the natural product....not a bad product. Anyway it made my scalp itch and hair very greasy so I wont be buying again...
But the company were great...items sent quickly and eco friendly....so only 4 stars as it just didnt feel it cleaned my hair....but no issues with the company or customer service xx it just simply didnt work for me!

Customer service was brilliant
Customer service was brilliant. Face care products are of a superior quality but just not for me and was given a refund, no questions asked and not having to return the products. The shampoos are amazing though!!

Great products
Great products, my hair has improved straight away. People have commented so it's not my imagination.
My delivery was 2 pumps short and the shampoo lid was loose so had leaked, they sent me replacements straight away.
A bit pricey but I feel it's worth it.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I’ve been suing organic shampoos for some years, couldn’t get my usual one so gave this one a try. I’ve now been using it for.6 weeks. Far from helping with hair loss I’ve been losing more than usual since I started using it. Not lathering isn’t a problem for me but it does not rinse out easily and even when it does it leaves my hair flat and looking greasy. I will be dumping g it as soon as my usual shampoo arrives

It does sound like you are experiencing the detox stage. Sometimes hair can feel greasy, flat when beginning to use shampoos and conditioners without Silicones. This can happen straight away or sometimes after a few washes. This is generally because silicones are essentially wrapping the hair in plastic, which can build up over time. When you stop using silicones, gradually the silicone diminishes, and the true condition of the hair is revealed, before the natural oils of the scalp and the seaweed and herbs begin to repair and enable the hair and scalp to be truly healthy.
This period can last up to 4-6 weeks for some customers. For others, longer. It is a very personal journey.
This should improve after a couple more washes in. We've recently launched our The Detox Shampoo to help some of our customers who undergo the detox journey and I am happy to send one to you for free if you'd like to try and persevere?
However, we totally understand if you'd rather not. We offer a 60-day refund policy and we're happy to move forward with this. Please send us an email victoria@cornishseaweedbath.co.uk.

Been using the detox shampoo along with the nutrient shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks. My hair feels so clean and soft. After chemotherapy my hair has grown back thinner. I'm hoping the shampoo and conditioner will help with regrowth. Would definitely recommend these products and will be ordering more products from the Cornish Seaweed Bath company.

I was quite pessimistic about buying…
I was quite pessimistic about buying this product but somebody had told me it helped their psoriasis and my 10 year old has suffered with it really badly on her scalp for months and topic creams weren't working. Fast forward I have been washing her hair just once a week with it for the last 4 weeks and the psoriasis is practically gone. I cannot praise this product enough my daughter use to cry because of how irritating and painful her scalp was and now it isn't.
