Ordered last week for farthest day and not for the 1st time everything came quick and I time and tasted lovely

Great company and all food was delicious! I have ordered the Christmas hampers before which went down a treat and bought the Father’s Day hamper last week which my dad loved and arrived in great condition. Great selection of what Cornwall has to offer and love it even more supporting a local business. Must buy!!

Excellent quality ,beautiful packaging and prompt delivery of a product that exceeded our expectations. I ordered an ultimate Cornish hamper for Father’s Day and our whole family enjoyed all the products with scones and cheese being particularly tasty. Will not hesitate to order again and will recommend it to all our friends and family. Thank you for making Father’s Day super special .

After getting my first afternoon cream tea kit from Cornish hampers, I’m never going to be able to go back to normal shop-bought scones again. They’re so good! The steak pasties are to die for as well, great meat to potato balance and no gaps in the filling, kernow approved!

This order was not delivered when it should have been.
Tracking showed the order being at Medway sorting office, then Gatwick sorting office (which is about 45 miles further away) and the finally Tonbridge sorting office the day after scheduled delivery. As this is both a time and temperature sensitive package, it should not have been delayed at all.

By the time it had been delivered over 24 hours late, the entire contents had spoiled, slimy and stinking and had to be thrown away. There was not even an ice pack to try to keep it temperature controlled.

This was supposed to be a gift for my wife's father for father's day and has now been ruined by incompetence.

I have emailed "customer service" three times so far with only a single generic email respone as a form acknowledgement. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Updated Review>Had a bad experience with order for father's day with dad getting pasties that were inedible and scones missing. Company did not respond other than a generated email to say will get in touch. Due to being a small family business they were so busy they could not keep up with emails/orders. I received a lovely email this morning finally explaining the problem and order fully rectified. Thank you

I am editing this review , as after my disappointment in my experience ( royal mails fault ) I have now heard back from the company who seem like very lovely genuine people who work very hard. With a offer to put things right I am very grateful.

I accidentally ordered to my own address instead of the person I was gifting to. In my panic I did return to sender, instead of keeping and reordering, but cornishhampersandgifts.com were so lovely. The tried to redirect the order before we realised what had happened, the offered to honour the date if I reordered, unfortunately I clicked the wrong site to re-order. They have offered to refund anything non-perishable. Could not have been nicer people trying to help, highly recommend this company.

The fudge , truffles and scones are our favourite, we regularly use Cornish hampers as gifts for our clients and have such wonderful feedback.

Following a mix up with an order, caused by a misunderstanding. I left a three star review. However, they have now earned 5 stars once again, as they sent us a complimentary cream tea for 4, which we greatly appreciate.

This is amazing!
Remember the taste of a Cornish Pasty on your holiday to Padstow? or a cream tea with that lushious clotted cream and sweet jam?
It's like Deliveroo for nostalgia. Had the pasty and cream tea delivered to my house directly from Cornwall and it arrived the next day, still tasting of Cornwall. It felt like holiday for the day. What a pick-me-up!

Loved every bite and even caught myself sheltering the pasty from seagulls 😂

Ordered the Gluten free hamper for my Mum's 79th birthday, as she has Celiac disease, she absolutely LOVED it! The scones were a real treat and she especially enjoyed the gluten free cider, which is her preference to gluten free beer for sure. She didn't realise there was 2 pasties hidden under the tissue too, that was the icing on the cake. Very speedy delivery and great attentive service too. Personal written note adds personal touch too.

I ordered the valentine hamper ,delivered on time ,food delicious ,packaged well ,great correspondance and updates from the seller were so helpful and friendly .Highly reccomend and would definately order again

We ordered one of the larger hampers as we couldn’t get to Cornwall this autumn and it was a great decision. Everything arrived on time and was really well packed. The pasties and scones were really nice, certainly better than the pasties we have bought in shops.

We think great value, very efficient service, and a lovely little company. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Even the outside of the hamper made me think of Cornwall and smile! Covered with quirky drawings of Fishing Boats, Seagulls, Beaches and Pasties. And the tasty Cornish fare inside was even more pleasing. Fresh and full of flavour. Enough for breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner! Didn’t cost an arm and a leg and worth every penny. Highly recommended.
