Hi, very disappointed. My little nephew was born 16 April in LA and I ordered a beautiful gift online in Australia on 17 April. On the site it was promised for delivery in 3 business days. The company answered only my third email 10 days later with no explanation. Now the delivery date is 3 May. I think the baby might be grown up by then.
Their products are cheaper for a reason. I ordered personalized mini jars for a baby shower. To begin with, the jars itself were tiny compared to the images displayed on their website, which I find misleading. Second of all,the personalized words on the labels were very small and blurry. It looked as if they had ran out of ink! Lastly, I only ordered 1 set. They charged me for 2 orders, so I received 2 packages. So now I have to return a HUGE box of jars and cover the shipping cost for a mistake that they made. I'm 7 months pregnant and now I'm supposed to carry this heavy box to the post office!!
This company has ZERO customer service. The rep I spoke with does not understand that without customers there is no business; hence, no employment.
