I recently purchased a property through Cornerstone Real Estate and could not be happier. The sales agent Linda showed me many properties and listened to my feedback each time and quickly homed in on the type of condo I wanted. About 10 days later a deal was done and Cornerstone helped every step of the way until it was all in my name. They have a great understanding of the legal process. My first Thai property purchase, a condo in foreign name, all done whilst in the UK, and the seller in his home country, New Zealand.
I did view the condo at the tail end of my trip earlier this year, but the offer was accepted once I was home.
Bee from Cornerstone showed me the condo, and then communicated with me throughout the purchase, and beyond.
Even now, 2 weeks after completion, she has just reported she has changed the bills to my name, and will arrange cleaning prior to my visit next month.

Cornerstone have always been helpful if and when maintenance has been needed. Our agent 'Khun Bee' has always been friendly and professional. Both my wife and I would highly recommend finding a rental property through Cornerstone.

With 32 years of experience as a sales professional I have come across all walks of life. I have been frequenting Thailand every year for medical purposes since the past 17 years and I am aware of the good and the bad. When I decided to put roots down and settle here, I had many traumatic experiences at the hands of people that only added to my problems.

I had decided to rent a condo for 12 months. Spoke to various Estate Agents and visited properties that didn't suit my needs. Went to see Cornerstone and spent about an hour with Martin whilst we discussed all aspects of renting here, importantly Martin took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He came up with a condo not even on his books yet and he called the landlord to set up a visit. The condo was still occupied but coming available. Exactly what I wanted in fact exceeded my expectations in some areas. All sorted with the Landlord and the lease agreement Cornerstone use was very simple without any jargon. I am a happy chappie.

I contacted Ey at Cornerstone after a very bad experience with Gecko
Ey was very professional and pleasure to deal with She showed me a couple of properties and after I agreed on the property I asked for a discount for 1 year advanced payment Ey contacted the owner immediately and got me a discount and I moved in a few days later .I needed a couple of things off her after the lease was signed and she quickly emailed me what I needed I highly recommend Ey and Cornerstone real estate very clear communication.Searching for a place to live in another country can be frustrating but my experience with Ey made it a easy smooth process
