Poor order fulfilment procedures for online orders
When purchasing the earrings online to pick them up the next day, you company promised an immediate availability. However it took almost 3 days for you departments to sort out the paperwork and I needed 2 trips to your store to get the item that was paid for in advance and that was confirmed in stock at the time of the payment. The store personnel was kind enough but were helpless in this situation, it seems to me your procedures could de optimised considerably.

For those requiring expedited delivery, the timeframe can be shortened for an additional fee.

Had a very pleasant experience in the Bucharest store. The gentleman there was knowledgeable, patient and answered all the questions we had. Ended up ordering through their Iași office and the interaction with one of their representatives was excellent. This company has been in business for 30 years and it shows, their salespeople are professionals and there is no rush to get you to buy something, anything straight away which is a big plus since you might be choosing your wedding rings for a lifetime. Their contact form via the website and whatsapp is quite fast and I was surprised that someone picked up the phone and called me to clear up things about my order. Highly recommend!
