When we uncovered a dormant bank account for a family business which had been liquidated, we turned to Company Restorations for help.

Lyn did a brilliant job of getting the company reinstated so that we could claim the balance of our bank account from the Treasury Solicitor. Her fees are very reasonable too.

Lyn guided us through the process, sending us all of the forms that would need completing with clear instructions. She took away all of the stress from what would otherwise have been a daunting situation.

In October 2023, without notice, Amazon deactivated our seller account, which accounted for 90% of my company's revenue. To reactivate it, they required a "certificate of good standing" for another company they deemed "linked" to my seller account. I couldn't provide it, because I'd dissolved that company 4 years prior. Amazon were less than understanding.

Just when I thought all hope was lost, I found Lyn and Andrew. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and personable, they completely managed the complex process of reactivating a dissolved company. It's now been reactivated, is back on the register, and I can get the paperwork I need in order to reactivate my Amazon account (and claim back a very valuable revenue stream!). Wow, Lyn & Andrew have recovered all my funds from our business bank account after we closed the company and had not withdrawn all the remaining funds business bank account. I was shocked that the account became frozen and really concerned that a relatively small amount could be taken by the treasury. We finally found Lyn after being referred to her company and what an amazing job she has done. All the steps and process we needed to take was carefully explained and we worked with her from August to December to complete the process. Our money was finally refunded in January which was a huge relief. Lyns fee was very reasonable- we had been quoted 4 times as much by other law firms. I cant thank her enough for a first class service. Highly recommended

I closed a company in 2018 and my accountant did not tell me that i need to move the remaining fund out of business account before the company is closed. I was taking time to set up a different business then transfer money to the new company. You can imagine the shock when the bank just froze my account and told me my money would be sent to the Crown without any notice or help either.
I have been searching on internet many times to understand this and for help. I did not get help i needed from my accountant or commercial law forms who normally request huge amount affront. I was just about to accept this is it. But, by purely luck i found Lyn from the Company Restorations Ltd in 2024. Lyn is very experienced and knows her work well. Step by step, Lyn efficiently helped me to restore the company and I have today got my lost money back to my account. Had I have not found Lyn and this company on internet, this would not be possible. So thanks to Lyn and her company and thanks to reviews other people left in past. Fast informative responses. Finding out that our company ceased to exist when was not a problem until I realised the company owned our freehold. I cannot remember how I found Lyn Bond and her team, but I am so glad that I did. She was always there for support, and we now have our company back!!
