Scammers with lack of any help

The worst airline full of lies with ridiculous customer service or rather lacking it.
Our flight was delayed 5h and after complain we were granted compensation which was said will be on our account within 10-12 weeks. Now we are on week 16 and no money. After chasing they informed that they can't say when we will get it.
Tried to call and solved this with customer service but they don't have any phone service to deal with it and I can see from reason they scam people.
I am going to take immediate action and raise complaint with Civil Aviation Authority and take legal action against this scamming airline.

One of the worst flight experiences…

One of the worst flight experiences we’ve had. There was no air conditioning in the plane and it was sweltering for the whole journey with no help from the cabin crew. Once we had disembarked we were kept waiting 2 hours at baggage reclaim. We will not be using this airline again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Haven’t even gone on our holiday yet

Haven’t even gone on our holiday yet, and been totally stressed out by the single piece of 8kg carry on allowance allocated per person. A hand bag is not allowed like it is on other flights, who also have a 10kg allowance. Absolutely refuse to pay £80 for additional luggage for the sake of a kilo or so, so have cut down on liquids and other bits and pieces we would normally take. Not an enjoyable experience. Cannot even upgrade from the package included at the time of booking with Love Holidays. What a miserable airline. Would not use again, and judging by the feedback on here, I’m worried we are about to be disappointed again! These guys need to up their game!

Cancels flights with out informing the passagers

Corendon airlines have cancelled my flight without providing any information about the cancellation. I discovered it when trying to check-in. I have tried to contact the airline, but it is impossible to get through to a person who speaks English, and they continuously redirect me to the beginning. I have also tried to file a complaint via their website, but this is not possible either as they don't recognise the flight - probably because it has been cancelled??? I'm shocked!

Unprofessional and Disappointing

I recently had a terrible experience with the check-in team at Antalya airport. Despite having paid for an additional 10kg of luggage for both myself and my wife, we were told we needed to pay an extra 65 euros at check-in. Despite showing receipts, the staff were unhelpful and rude.

To make matters worse, a supposed supervisor claimed that my ticket had no luggage allowance whatsoever, forcing me to pay the additional fee. It was only after I called the airline that I received confirmation that I was indeed entitled to the additional luggage, but it was too late - I had already paid the money.

Trying to resolve the issue has been a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have been met with unhelpful and dismissive staff. Creating an account to file a complaint has been a nightmare, with constant error messages and no resolution in sight.

Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service from this airline. I will not be using them again and will be advising others to avoid them at all costs.

Bad experience with corendon airlines

We could not login and check our booking for our flight home, did everything as we should, but it kept saying the booking did not exist. We tried calling the airline, which was almost impossible to get through. As we finally got through they told us, that we did indeed do as supposed to do. But still every time we tried to login it said the booking didn't exist, though the airline had said it did, and we had received a confirmation email. At the airport we went to the airlineservicedisk and asked if we could get our boarding pass printed, they told us it would be fine on the phone, as we told them we could not login and the problems we had had. We were told to wait til the luggage check-in opened, even though we did not have any luggage that needed to be checked in. They gave us all correct information to login online, and still it did not go through.
All in all it was a really bad experience with this airline, and I will not recommend anyone to fly with them.

Come on Corendon airlines,
Morning flight today from CPH to Rhodes airport had to divert to cash payment due to card payments not work and you ran out of sandwiches on a morning flight, try again and try harder.,.
