be on guard

Gettig the item into the shopping cart was unusually difficult. Paying at check out caused alarm. A pop up after entering the card number indicated Stripe is being used for payment and stated a text was being sent to my mobile number. No text came in. The landline I was near rang with an 844 number. Upon answering the landline an auto message claiming to be from the credit card company fraud dept asked for a call back regarding a purchase attempt. Upon calling the number which was identical to the caller id the person on the other end could not verify what I was trying to purchase. This and a few other things I am purposely omitting are reason to believe it's not a legit site.
