We recently experienced a particularly frustrating Magento 2 checkout issue where a customer was unable to complete an order despite trying three different payment cards.
Magento displayed a misleading error suggesting the customer's shopping cart could not be found, even though the basket and delivery details were clearly visible. Other customers were successfully placing orders, making the problem even harder to diagnose.
Corefinity investigated thoroughly and discovered that the entire issue was being triggered by something as simple as a full stop in the customer's town name, "St.Ives"!
