The text they delivered was incredibly poor, it honestly could’ve been written by a school kid. I have no idea how they managed to produce over 10 pages without realising it was absolute rubbish. There were loads of mistakes, outdated sources, and the structure made no sense at all. The conclusion had nothing to do with the introduction. I’d given them clear instructions, even wrote a detailed 10-page briefing myself, which they ended up copying word for word into the "final" text.
Communication was just as bad. They changed their number three times, and I had to chase them constantly just to get an invoice, which, in the end, wasn’t even suitable for a tax return.
On top of that, I kept getting spammy messages from their so-called “expert” asking me to refer them to friends. It got so unprofessional that I had to tell them directly to stop texting me like we were mates and start behaving like a proper business.
