Smooth transaction easy process

Have been doing business with CoreageRx for a couple months now, having switched from another online pharmacy. I had constant problems with the other company and with this one no problems at all. Everything is so easy and uncomplicated, the way things should be. The intake is easy and doesn’t require a medical degree to get through the process. The prices are also very affordable and won’t break the bank like these other companies. I highly recommend this company.

Orders late by over 13 days, they tried to blame FedEx, but FedEx never got the packages from them, missed my dosage thanks to it, called costumer service several times every time they would say they’d call me with an update that same day, they never did, emailed several times too, and every time I got the same scripted answer, they kept saying “ next day, next day” they have a STRONG refund policy, so if you try to get a refund for orders you never even received, well you’re pretty much screwed, I paid for all my shots in advance, almost $2000 US dollars and now I can’t even get my money back for something I never got.

Everything from first starting out to refilling my prescription has been very easy. The process is very simple, I feel that the physician listens to my input and takes the time to explain things he may not agree with in a manner I can understand with logical reasoning behind it. I hope they will adjust their pricing to stay competitive with other companies now that peptides are becoming more widely available and this is driving prices down because I really want to stay with such a great, trustworthy company for the long term.

They walk you thru the steps that they need to continue your medications such as weight and any side effects you may be experiencing. A step above in my opinion is their system immediately gives you how to rectify the issue.

I ordered a 6-month supply of tirzepatide from Coreagerx. My credit card was charged on Sept 23. On Sept 29, I received a message saying that my order was shipped by FedEx.
By Oct 5, I still had not received my order; instead I got a notice saying that my order was delayed and would be sent "tomorrow" (Oct 6) and I would receive it by Oct 7 or Oct 8.
I emailed on support on Oct 6 to follow up. No response.
I emailed again on Oct 7. No response.
I tried online chat and got a message saying it's best to email support. I also called the support line. No information was provided other than "escalate to support".
It's Oct 8, and I still haven't received my order. No response from support. And CoreAgeRx has had my money since September 23.
This company seems at best incompetent and at worst, scammy.

I ordered replacement vials Sept 7 and was told it would be processed asap. I waited and waited…nothing. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and again I get a great story but was asked to fill out forms which I did. I am now out of tirzepatide. I contacted one of their competitors and now have one vial that I should have Saturday. The company is owned by some foreign individual using Texas and Wyoming asa front. I suggest you all write to the FDA and state officials . They are a scam. SCAM.

1- Do not buy a 3 month supply- they mail it out early while you are still using your current month and then it is Expired by the time it’s time to use it. (I asked not to mail it immediately.
2- $1k down the drain. Plateaued for 3 months with no weight loss and when you reach out they give you a generic reply.
3- they mail it to you hot in July in Florida with no cold pak (when I ordered) and when you reach out to them. Generic reply- it’s fine. It wasn’t fine- it was defective with no weight loss.
