Great company to work with
CoreAge Rx has had many system upgrades over the last year, they have made it way more user friendly. When you do need to call and chat for assistance, they have all be fantastic to work with. They've added a Community Page, which is very helpful and encouraging.
Kind of a headache to do a renewal of product, especially if you're locking in at a promotional price. They don't just adjust it for current users for renewal or tell you how to do it. If you call, they will walk you through the process.

They stopped delivering the vials that I prepaid for and will not tell me why. They've failed to deliver the last two vials, and the next one is scheduled for four weeks out. None of the CSRs can tell me anything except, "we are looking into it." This company seems like a scam, and it looks like I'll have to charge my fees back on my credit card.
