Kihaa Maldives-Coral Island Resorts

Wir hatten über secretescapes dieses Hotel auf den Malediven gebucht, leider musste diese Reise wegen Corona ausfallen. Das Hotel hat im November 2019 $3.000 erhalten und seitdem meldet es sich nicht mehr. Eine Erstattung oder eine Verlegung der Reise wird nicht angeboten. Weder antwortet dieses 5*Luxusresort auf mails von secretescapes noch von mir.
Das ist ein kriminelles Verhalten.

We booked this hotel for $3.000 in 2019 and due to Corona could not travel. Since then the hotel neither refunded nor got into contact with us to offer a compensation. This is criminal behaviour for a 5*luxury hotel.
