Have used these for the past few years now and never been disappointed. Quality items at competitive prices with fast delivery. Definitely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.

I would not recommend this company 😡 put order in and not received it.

Always been happy with my purchases from here this time I orderd a bundle with 3 fragrances and the parcel with nothing inside came with a bag on it from the Royal Mail saying it was damaged and to contact the seller but have not had any response and I payed for 42 hour delivery and it did not come for 5 days still awaiting a reply from copycat hopefully this can be resolved fast but by the looks of it might not really disappointed with the customer service so far

Returning items is a real nightmare - No response to any e-mails so far & No contact number - Quick to take the money & that's about it!!!

I've ordered 3 aftershaves with Copycat so far and they're pretty impressive in what they do.

My only complaint is the inconsistent quality of their aftershaves. I ordered 100 ml of DS (inspired by Dior Sauvage), and I'd recommend it — it smells absolutely identical to Sauvage and lasts as long too; however, their Executive (inspired by Aventus) has been very low in quality. It smells nothing like Aventus, and doesn't last more than an hour. The perfume in Aventus also looks as if there's notably less parfum in it than the DS bottle, which appeared (consistent with its quality) to be more worthy of the name eau de parfum.

Their customer service are especially excellent. When my order was delayed, they immediately refunded me the full delivery fee and were quick to resolve the issue.

As of October 2023, I very much recommend the store as the best way to smell great without breaking the bank.

Amazing customers service, any issues are always put right. Very quick to respond to any queries and my bundle of perfumes smell amazing ! And all last just as long as the real thing. For a fraction of the price, thank you copycat fragrances. I recommend to anybody who will listen !!!!! X

I bought a sample last year, it was just what I wanted! So I bought it in the 30ml size, again absolutely beautiful. I received a lot of compliments. My daughter was a convert too based on the 30ml fragrance 540.

So, I ordered a bundle, one for me, one for my daughter and an aftershave for my grandson.
I'm really disappointed with the quality 😞 I've hyped it up with everyone and I'm gutted. The 100ml's that have arrived today are not in the same league as the 30ml of the same fragrance I got last year. Are we losing something ordering the same fragrance in a bigger bottle??

I bought three copycat fragrances Nomade, DS and Noir2 due to my satisfaction from a previous purchase.

Again communication and delivery was great However, I am not fully satisfied with the DS Noir 2 as their not delivering the right scent and doesn't last long. I will stick with Nomade.

Best copy fragrances that I have tried this far. 540 which is similar to Bacarat Rouge gets me so many compliments! Love it! And Love in White.

Never again I will purchase for this company. Liars telling they had post my bundles orders with promise next day Royal Mail delivery and 2 weeks after noting had arrive and Royal Mail didn’t had any parcel from then too. Had to call my bank and explain I was scam by copycat and money was put back into my account. They never knowledge.my emails and I kept receiving was to leave review of my purchases. Be aware and think twice before order from them. SCAM THAT HOW I Describe them.
