Disgrace for a bookies
If i could give this negative stars I would. Terrible website and app. Accused me of having 2 accounts, wouldn't credit my free bets and when they finally did, the website and app mysteriously stop working so that you cant use them. Customer service keeps asking me to send a video of the fault?? By far the worst online bookmakers around, Shay Given should be ashamed to partner with them.

You rejected my bank statement as a POA!
Apart from Bank statements and mobile bills i have nothing else on my name.
I am aware that mobile bills are not accepting as I am very familiar with the regulations but have never seen rejecting POA Bank statements as not being valid/accepted!
I have other betting accounts with betting companies and they are accepting bank statements.
On top of that i am verifying myself at any sector regarding bank statements.
You are the only one that telling me that can not accept bank statements for POA verification purposes!
If you can not accept it then close my account before i make any deposits.

Shocking company
One of the worst betting companies I’ve come across so many restrictions on what selections can be combined together and what can’t why can’t I put a multiple bet in for more than one player to get carded in a game and so many restrictions for you to get you free bets after signing up and when you do get them there’s so many restrictions on how you can use them there is no point. I don't understand why all the negative reviews, the verification is a bit old-fashioned, ( not the soft credit check that premium sportsbooks have), you do have to show some paperwork, id-s but whoever hasnt had to do that? The profit margin they take is not that unreasonable, the amount of events you can bet on is ok.. not terrible by any means

Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of. Company. Their software glitches so my partner had to cash out his first bet and rebet hoping it would fix the issue. Was then told that he had two bets on one game and that he wasn't entitled to the bonus as he had cashed out one of them. He explained when he emailed but just kept getting the same speil back from them. Tried explaining why would he bet, cash out, then lay the same bet again unless there was a problem?!
They actually accused him of lying by saying there was nothing wrong with the software! WELL CLEARLY THERE WAS!!!
Seriously bad customer service. We enjoy a bet often and they've just lost our custom. I advise to avoid this awful company

They stole my £10 deposit
I joined deposited £10 to get bonuses. I placed a qualifying bet over 1.9 but wasn't showing as qualified so I cashed the bet our and withdrew my £10 deposit. The withdrawal was cancelled. When I complained they said the bet settled and they wouldn't refund my money or give me the bonuses.
Despite numerous times I told them.i had cashed out the bet they refused to give me my money back. I deactivated my account
