They fitted 3 new radiators for us. Arrived on time, great job, reasonable price and hoovered up afterwards. Lovely friendly helpful and knowledgeable workers.

Unbelievable rip off prices not revealed in advance!
I was recommended this company and so I booked them to tap off a gas fire. They quoted £74 and insisted that I paid in advance, promising a service within 4 hours (as per their website).
After [paying, I received a call saying the man was not in my area and would come 24 hours later.
The work took 15 minutes and I was charged £94.00. Apparently the £74 had excluded VAT.
So far the work seems OK but how can you call almost 100 quid for a 15 minute job good value for money?
