Ordered a jacket, no refund for bad item

Ordered a jacket, it took a few weeks to arrive as shipped from Hong Kong. When delivered there was no slip of paper to say what they had sent. Item had no size marking, but it was way bigger than the small my son had ordered. Also the jacket was more anorak than the ski jacket described on website.

I instantly wrote to the company requesting return and refund and they refused - citing it was a promotional item.

Nothing I said made a difference, so my son has lost his money. AVOID
