Bought a t shirt for my daughter on amazon prime as I needed it next day, and it didn’t turn up. They’re using prime to advertise themselves but not fulfilling their promise. Please don’t buy from this awful company.

On 20/11/2025, I ordered a Coozo 5D ATM mat for my Tata Nexon car through their online portal. The payment was successfully completed; however, I have not received any update about my order since then.
I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times through the phone numbers provided on their website, but there has been no response. Additionally, no email or SMS update has been provided after the payment was made. This raises serious concern that the website may be fake and intent on defrauding customers.
I can’t say how good this company has been to deal with. I am a size 10 and the S sis golf tops I bought were tiny so I emailed and got a free return and replacement M size sent straightaway,… they answer and positively respond to emails and are courteous and efficient. I’m sorry the only other review was negative but my experience was extremely good with great quality tops beautifully packed.
Worst website to make a purchase. I purchased a cover for my XUV300 for INR 2900/- something, And XUV 300 has a long antenna, so I needed a cover that has an antenna pocket, I searched for it and some YouTube channels also recommended that Coozo covers are really nice. So I purchased a cover from this website, and they mentioned on the product page that it has an antenna pocket in the title itself. But when I got the product there was no antenna pocket, and It was bending the antenna and could also break it.
I sent the company some pictures of it and also explained then that this cover was useless for our car, and I contacted them within 24 hours (as they mentioned in T&C to provide a refund and replacement if contacted them within 24 hours of delivery)
Initially, they agreed to provide a replacement, but I got no email about the dispatch of the replacement delivery, I waited for a few days and tried to contact them again, But now they are not replying to my emails or WhatsApp messages. I've messaged them multiple times but they are not replying.
worst experience ever, avoid this website at any cost.
