Wrong and missing products

Wrong and missing products — possible intentional substitution"
I ordered three products but received a mix of correct, incorrect, and entirely missing items. Specifically, the more expensive items in my order (COORE Magnesium Biglycinate+, COORE Cordyceps+, and Swanson Boron) were missing and substituted with cheaper alternatives like creatine, some hair & nail supplement and beta carotene and none of this i had ordered or want.
This pattern raises serious concerns about whether the errors were intentional. I have contacted customer service requesting a return and full refund and am awaiting a response.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
