Christmas disaster averted…
Our dishwasher broke the day before Christmas Eve, and we had eight people coming for a meal on Christmas Day!
We paid a visit to Coopers and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they find us a machine, they also delivered it in time to save the day!

Steve was extremely helpful when we needed a replacement freezer urgently. He helped to arrange for collection from the store after suggesting a suitable freezer to our requirements.

I placed my order over the phone which was easy and efficient . When I collected my purchase it was too heavy for me to carry due to recent surgery so one of the staff personally carried it to a nearby shop for me to pick up later . What superb service . Thank you

Excellent online experience
We bought a small household appliance through the Coopers website. The order was immediately followed up with a phone call from the store explaining when the item would be available for us to pick up - the option we had selected. We received another call shortly thereafter to say the item had been received. Excellent communication and ease of use of online ordering system. Wouldn't hesitate the use Coopers again.
