I bought the Coolzy Pro last week, four days before a flash sale that dropped the unit by ANOTHER $100 (that’s crazy). At first I was bummed and pouted like a brat for not predicting the future and waiting for the crazy deal, but I still got the unit at a great price point and am THANKFUL it came when it did. I have not been able to sleep in this heat; it’s been climbing up to 95-99+ degrees where I live (Southern California), and I have no AC in my upstairs apartment. This product does exactly as it states! It cools me, not the whole room, and I’ve NEVER slept better. The sound is a soothing white noise, and I wake up the second the machine powers down when the preset sleep timer goes off. Plus, I can feel great about not raising my electric bill 😌

P.S. the customer service is quick and on-point, and they’re real people. Not proud but I kinda cried to them for not getting the crazy deal and asking for a discount on an accessory I wanted to buy, and I actually received a discount code. That was really nice, I would have ignored myself (better use that code soon). I’m using the Coolzy Pro as we speak, and I don’t think I over payed for this product at all. I have my sleep and sanity back and it was worth every penny 🥲

The product works but makes a whining sound when the compressor starts. It still cools great but I'm concerned about the sound and the fact the price dropped by $100 days after I purchased it. I contacted coolzy by email in reference to returning the product and told them I was within the 7 day return window. Unfortunately, as a US customer, I was told "We do not offer returns in the USA" with a link to the terms and conditions

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with the Cooley Pro. Despite promising to cool the room, it entirely fails to do so. Instead of providing refreshing cold air even on the highest setting, it paradoxically filled the room with unbearable hot air! This led to the most uncomfortable, sweltering night I've ever experienced.
To make matters worse, I discovered that this company does not offer a return policy. I find it truly absurd that an online company in today's age would not accommodate unsatisfied customers, especially when their product falls so woefully short of expectations.
Please consider this review a warning to potential buyers: this product does not function as advertised, and the company's lack of a return policy compounds this already frustrating experience. Unfortunately, it appears purchasing this unit results in nothing but a waste of your hard-earned money.

The Coolzy only works in very specific layouts and situations. The claim that you can use it with an open window is a lie. The warm air it generates comes back in and makes the room even warmer. And even on high (which is waytoo loud for sleeping), the stream of air is thin and almost useless. They also don’t give refunds. Do not buy this product unless you have a tiny room with a window and tube accessory.

It does the trick for my needs. I don't have windows in my condo, just sliding glass doors. We have issues with our air conditioning unit when the electricity goes out. It doesn't reset properly so you have to call someone out to repair it. In the meantime, the Coolzy machine does cool the area down but I don't feel it cools the entire room. Our rooms are small too. I love it though, no complaints.

I needed cooling on a road trip, staying in eco-tents and chalets where there was no aircon. Temperatures at night were in the mid 30s (~90 - 95 F). In a couple of really remote places I knew I would need my own power as well. My Coolzy was superb, so comfortable. My three 100 Ah lithium batteries were not even half discharged when I returned. And Coolzy works well at home too. Since we bought it, we have never turned on our split in the bedroom and my wife, who has asthma has never been so comfortable at night. Great technical support on their website.

This would be the most overpriced, under performing A/C that i have ever used.
You may feel some relief if you use it as a pillow.

The unit works well. I have it in my home office and use it in my RV for holidays. It's pretty light and can be lifted easily. I find it doesn't use much power and can run off a 12v battery if I use an inverter. It's not noisy either compared to others that I've tried. It's kinda like a little fridge with a fan in it. It doesn't use water and can be used to remove water from the air. So far very happy

Low wattage use I use it in a van when camping.

This is a very good product. I was impressed by the effort the company put into communicating what it could and couldn't do. I spent a lot of time verifying their claims, especially about power consumption. I also took it to Adelaide for a camping trip and used it to keep my wife and I cool in our Jayco Penguin in the evenings while we slept. All I can say is that it's refreshing to see an Australian company trying something different and coming up with a product that does what it claims. I'm a high school science teacher and would give this full marks for innovation and execution. Excellent job and I'll be purchasing the tent as we'll for use at home. 5 stars no question.

We bought the Coolzy primarily for our very small AFrame van, aware that it is a personal cooler. It worked great and was smaller than a portable air con. I bought the newly available venting attachment to vent out the window, which will significantly improve the air temperature. The first model we purchased had been reconditioned, but the compressor died after little use. Coolzy happily replaced it, and the new one is running beautifully. Very happy with the customer service.

The koozie is amazing and I use it for the kitchen so when my daughter's cooking she doesn't overheat. The house we live in has poor ventilation so this little unit works really well for why we bought it. I may get one more.
