Ordered a few plants all came in good condition. There was a minor mistake that they fixed. I'd probably buy again.

I purchased five plants on August 24th, and they were delivered to our door in Sweden on September 4th. The plants arrived in excellent condition—better than we expected! The order was fulfilled quickly through their partner, who sent the plants to Coolplants, and they then forwarded the package to us.

Communication was clear and timely, with helpful updates on the order status and tracking information. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Kathy at Cool Plants went above and beyond to help me get some quite rare strawberry plants. A family member was picking them up on my behalf from a GLS parcel shop, and Kathy was really patient and helpful in organising this so that it all went smoothly. The boxes were well packaged with the plants individually wrapped and in a good condition! Can't fault the service and can't wait to try these strawberries over the summer!

It's now some 12 years that I order from coolplants.com from Italy, and I plan on ordering from them for a while. Actually, I prefer online orders from them than going to our local nurseries! Sometimes the high seasons in spring and fall could slow an order down from Belgium, but when the boxes arrived, the plants were spectacular, superbly packed, perfect condition, and the selections available to the rarest of garden plants is exceptional. And their prices are better, the plants bigger, than any nursery here. Maybe I'll be a client for another 12 year!
