After cancelling still charged

Do not buy from here. They are related to a well-known customer deceptive shop called "itdeals.dk". Scam is the same.

very scammy service. You have to pay a subscription fee to even shop there. wow.

BEWARE! I found a product I wanted on Google from Coolio, and it was NOT clear that I would be automatically charged 149 kroner every month after making one purchase. I finally realized I have been getting charged 149 kr. for 3 months - 450kr! - for a service or subscription I had not agreed to that was lost in small print.

I have asked to be refunded. Whether this was an error in communication or a deliberate scam we will soon find out depending on how they respond. I am shocked.

Update: No refund provided. Customer service stated that the subscription information was stated multiple places on the site, yet, I was not aware of it. So basically all I got was a 'too bad' and thanks for the 450 kroner - a total and absolute waste of money that got me nothing, and left me feeling like a fool.

If their business model is not based on misleading people, I would have been refunded, since I did not use their service in any way, shape or form after that first purchase. This speaks volumes.

Stay away. You get locked in from the moment of purchase.

Auto-subscription after buying something on their website. How is that even legal? I checked again and there is a mini-message saying you are also buying a monthly subscription. This 'company' is banking on you not reading EVERY line before paying, so they can then wash their hands clean when you notice them taking your money each month.

Stay away, dubious to say the least.

You only notice the accidental "subscription" signup after a while.
After two subscriptions, I checked the initial order, which does say at the bottom with small light grey letters "*Adgang til Coolio: Coolio leverer et medlems-abonnement. 0 kr de første 14 dage herefter 149 kr om måneden."
Then you have to create account to get in an cancel.
Then you get a bunch of code errors on the page like "Warning: array_filter()..." which indicates poor coding. For sites maintaining subscriptions and your credit card info, this is a no-go.
Rush in a delete your credit card info, and then stay away!

This company is a fraud! It creates fake memberships for every purchase you do and after 14 days it takes 149kr from your bank account without sending any invoice.
I made two different purchases, I never created an account in their website and apparently I became a "member" twice, since they transacted 149kr twice.
They never send any information regarding your membership (f.e a code that you can use for next purchases). They use devious means to make you a "member". We should move legally towards this company!

My order was delivered very late and I was only able to receive it because I sent several e-mails reporting the problem.

its an automatic membership , you are not even aware you have joined until the money goes out off you account.

Cheap Christmas gift that ended up becoming really expensive.. since I now paid 3 x 149kr becomes I didn’t have any idea I said yes to a prescription by buying a product..!!!

I was looking to buy an item for my daughter for Christmas but had problems getting exactly what I wanted. It was suggested to me to look at Coolio. I found the model I was looking for and It was very reasonably priced.
