DOA used miner
I ordered a used KS2 and when I received it two the fans did not work and I was not able to find it on my network. when I contacted cooldragon they asked if I had any fans I could replace them with because that could be the reason why it’s not connecting. So I replaced them with one week old fans off a different miner. All fans are now working, but I cannot connect to it or find it on my network. They had me do several steps to attempt to fix it to no avail. Which were the same steps that are put in the manual which I already did, but I did, and recorded all video to share with them. In the end, they told me I need to ship it to iceriver to have it repaired. I find it hard to believe that this minor worked when it left their hands. So now they want me to pay to have it shipped to iceRiver and shipped back to me. They did, however say they asked if iceriver would do the repair for free, but more than likely the shipping is way more than any part it needs. And also asking and having it actually free are two different things more than likely I would still have to pay for the parts and who wouldn’t if it was already sitting there in the repair shop. From what it seems all it needs is a control board. They were very nice with communication, but it seems they have done as much as they would like to do.

This ks2 was taken directly from the factory test site and is officially guaranteed. We sold a lot of these machines, and a few had some minor problems during long-distance transportation. We have assisted this customer in remotely diagnosing the problem with the machine. I contacted the factory and they said they could provide free warranty and repairs for this machine. We have tried our best to provide our customers with the best services and products. But we are sorry about the situation this time.

Outstanding mining supplier 🥇
It was my first experience ordering from Cooldragon, and it was outstanding. Ashely and Ken provide the best customer experience. They are super responsive via messengers and/or email.
There were nuances with the payment method of my choice. Ken and Ashely were super fast in providing guidance on how to clear it out.
I have had troubles with local HDL delivery (100% DHL fault), and Ashely was proactively contacting me asking if there is something they can do to help.
Any message I sent them was responded to within a day.
I happened to have placed a similar order from Belaymining.com a month earlier. The belaying was not even close compared to the Cooldragon. It was taking 1-2 weeks to get any response from Belaymining. And I got the order from Cooldragon even earlier than from Belaymining
This is my go-to place for crypto miners as of now.
