I love my Cool Crutches. I had to wait years but they are worth it. The quality is fantastic. Ability to have aids that fit your personality is fantastic.

I also have the Ultralite High Performance Reinforced Ferrules which are so much easier to navigate the crutches with and feel soft reducing the shock waves through arms. These qualities make life with poor proprioception and coordination, unstable joints and both long term and repetitive joint damage a little easier.

The delivery was incredibly quick as well. My daughter has also had a great experience with them recently.

Yes they do cost however when you take into consideration:
Aids are expensive full stop,
Each design fits a small population of an already niche market so wholesale prices are never going to match the baseline let alone what feels "reasonable",
You are supporting a small business,
You are supporting a disabled individual who has managed to create a life sustaining business not only that works around her situation but has also come directly from her disability,
Soft grip covers, ferrals etc can be set up on subscription so one less thing in the chaotic "chronic illness/disability management list" to forget and have stop you.

The excitement, the feeling of being a little more like myself dispite my restricted life and feeling like they can be truly relied on with less clunkiness and chunkiness combined with the above really takes the sting away.

I absolutely love my Magic Mushrooms crutches. I had previously purchased the Night Bloom model, and I was already impressed by their durability and the sense of stability they provide while walking. This new pair lived up to those expectations.

Cool Crutches is an amazing company, their products have giving me so much confidence and I no longer feel embarrassed using a walking aid as a younger person. The quality is superb on both crutches and walking sticks and I love the different ferrule options.
I would highly recommend Cool Crutches if you need a walking aid, and you can feel good supporting a company that helps recycle old unwanted crutches, refurbs them and gets them to people in need.

Everything was great ,ordering , quick delivery ,I marked 1 star off because the labels on the sticks are really hard to come off and I can never get them completely off ,but this is the second set of walking sticks I have bought and will certainly buy again and would definitely recommend them

I started using my crutch in February this year sadly the stopper at the bottom is wearing away already and I've slipped with it a few times also when you have the crutch around your upper arm and lift that arm and then put it back down it pinches your clothing and for me with only one arm this has become a bit of an issue I have to take my arm fully out of the crutch then put it back in to un pinch my clothing. Before cool crutches I relied on NHS ones since 2015 and I only had to change the stoppers twice in that time its only been 2 months and the stopper on my cool crutch needs to be changed so pretty disappointed in that.
Plus sides the pattern i chose I love and the fact it doesn't make a noise is great but sadly I have to go back to my NHS crutch because its more reliable for me and I can't afford my crutch to slip resulting with me on the floor

I was impressed at how easy it was to declare vat relief, and not have to be refunded retrospectively. A wide range to choose from, and making crutches trendy looking. I also liked the fact the cuffs could be removed, if you’re wearing a bulky jacket. I also like the ergonomic handles, as I suffer with an inflammatory arthritis, so this helps. Very prompt delivery as well, receiving them the next day.

My experience with cool crutches has been great from browsing through to delivery.
I saw the advert on social media and also there was a really good offer on at the time.
I found what I was looking for quickly and ordered a pair of crutches, I also ordered stick safe and the torch. My order arrived next day and wow I am 100% happy with my order, the crutches are amazing, the colour I chose is amazing and the best part is that they are quite when walking with them. “No more tap tap” 😉 I had a problem fitting the torch so I sent an email asking for help and when I woke up the next morning the email had arrived, so fast. The email explained what I needed to do and I tried what I was told to do and hey presto the torch fitted perfectly. I would definitely recommend cool crutches to everyone that needs a little support to keep their independence.

Very happy with my new beautiful stick. It's very elegant. The handle is very comfortable and the stick is sturdy and good quality. The ferrule makes it silent and love that it comes with a carry bag. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

I have just purchased my second walking stick from Cool Crutches and I love it. It’s comfortable to use. I changed the ferrule on my first stick and had a problem with not fitting properly. I got in touch and the problem was resolved straight away abd really quickly. I cannot recommend Cool Crutches enough. Both my children have crutches too and they love them too so much better that hospital issues ones.

I’ve used crutches for 20 years and never been comfortable with them. Having got my Cool crutches I feel more confident with them and they are so much lighter and easier to use. I got the black leather ones and it’s the best thing I did. I want a second pair now.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Amelia and her mum for designing such wonderful crutches and sticks. Her family run business always comes up trumps. With their amazing products which are all worth every penny. I have used cheaper walking aids in the past until i found cool crutches. The cheaper ones don't match cool crutches. Cool crutches have style,comfort and reliability i wouldn't shop anywhere else. Also it's not just a like any other company I have used before. Amelia goes beyond not just as a supplier. She is so supportive on social media with advice and encouragement. Also the customer team are very helpful. I have many crutches in stunning designs and i buy the accessories to keep my crutches in top working order. Since finding cool crutches and using their products it has literally changed my life. I was depressed with my deteriorating health and mobility with losing my identity and love of life with how I feel about myself. I can now get around with comfort and confidence and look and feel fabulous once again. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thank you once again Amelia and your team for everything. Xxx

I have had several orders from Cool Crutches...the crutches after my initial accident, then a stick I use for best and a folding stick that I use everyday and love... lastly the new small light and the chunkier ferrules to upgrade my stick. I love all of them. Their sticks are very robust and of great quality. The handles/grip are really comfortable and padded. The new accessories light has been great over the winter and being able to change the ferrule for a chunkier one has meant I've been able to join in more walks on different surfaces in all weathers and felt safer where I live. The folding stick is really sturdy and higher quality than others I have used. I've always had great communication/advice and care. Orders were delivered fast and always correct. I cannot fault their service. Really happy customer and will defintely use them again.

Truly the most comfortable strong crutches I have used, I have three pairs all different, wide cuffs great for thick coats and super duper strong. Such amazing quality and always an extremely caring helpful support when needed 100% recommend
