took some back and forth communication, but Coolblue resolved the issue.
We purchased a Samsung microwave oven. after a bit more than a year, the start button stated having erroneous behavior. when you hit it, it did not work. but if you hit the button for stand-bye and then then the start button, the microwave was working. so it was not a physical problem, but internal software of the microwave. sent the microwave to Coolbue , answer was that it was not possible to repair and gave a credit for the shop. we purchased another Samsung. after a year, we had the same problem again. entered a repair request and took it to the shop to be delivered without risk of damage. Received answer is that there is physical damage to the front panel and that the warranty does not cover that. that we have to either pay 65 euro to get a microwave back, that does not work (design fault since there is no external damage), or pay almost 400 euro to get it repaired (more than it cost new) or it will be recycled it and we will get nothing. what kind of warranty and what kind of service is this? there was no damage in the button, and if the button does not work after a year, what kind of product is this??? specially being the same problem with two models of the same brand.
contacted again Coolbue who ask repair center to send pictures of the alleged damage. never received. eventually received "repaired" magnetron. but that was not true, came with the same error as before, and in worse condition than before since one of the supports was damaged, and the microwave could not stand correctly anymore. took it to the shop and we finally got a full refund. so good for Coolblue since finally answered correctly. i wish i could give a review on that repair center.....
