I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my solar panel installation. It has been a very long time since I paid the advance amount, yet there has been no progress, no installation, and almost no communication from the team.
This delay and lack of communication has been disappointing.

I recently had an excellent experience with Coolblue. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great customer focus. The communication was clear, the installers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire process went smoothly.
The installation team did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything properly. I especially appreciated their flexibility and the fact that they were able to resolve an electrical fuse issue at the last minute, ensuring the installation could still go ahead as planned.

Not Good not bad
1 star for the after installation support doesn't respond to emails at all. Work carried out nicely but not quite happy about the work finishing. the pipe roof tile was not good and there was leak happening during heavy rain. Had to call roof workers to fix it. Regarding Weheat pump not impressed by the COP promised in the product documentation. The Flint is giving average COP of 3.2 in outside temperature of 2 degree with water application of 35 degrees rather than the promised 4.7

We thought everything was good, until we discovered a leak and realised that some tiles were not put back. There is now moisture in the ceiling of our bedroom as a consequence
