Malfunctioning toys

I bought an interactive board in the shape of a radio for my 2 year old. The sound was broken from the beginning and few buttons didn’t work anymore after a couple of days.

Update: without watching the video first, I figured out how it works. Still, the volume button is broken as it only has one level (MAX).
