The class was wonderful

The class was wonderful! The instructor has a passion for Mexico's food and history and a welcoming and generous personality. She and her team take great care of you. Cooking in the beautiful, well lit kitchen was one of the highlights of our trip. We will be back

Great range of local dishes

Myself, and two friends did this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Hoi An. Our host, One, did a great job in showing how to prepare the dishes before we had to go and do it ourselves. She was also a wealth of knowledge when we visited the market. There's plenty of food on offer, so you won't need to worry about going hungry.
Special thanks to the team who were able to reschedule us for the following day's class as we had been ill on the day we were supposed to do the class.

Definitely worth it, 100% reccomend

Attended this cooking class with my whole family. Must reccomend even for non-cooks, very well instructed throughout the whole class, amazing work space, lovely instructors and a great cookbook! Market in the morning is a lot of fun, we got to taste everything we wanted and our instructor had an answer to every question we came up with. 5 stars indeed, thank you for this experience, we will never forget it.

Oscar Carrizosa is wonderful host.

Oscar Carrizosa is wonderful host. His kitchen is well well laid out and well equipped. The trip to the market was quite fun. We learned how to make dishes that I hope to one day make at home. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Chef Bagus Cooking Class

Chef Bagus and his team were very professional and friendly. The class was very informative and fun. I highly recommend booking in for this experience to learn 10 recipes, receive a recipe book, meet lovely people, gain some cooking skills and participation certificate. After you are picked up from your accommodation and given a cold bottle of water, you will meet everyone at the market to learn about what foods you will be using in the recipes and then you all go to the restaurant where you will receive another cold drink and the fans are all switched on to keep you cool. 10/10

This was a very fun experience and the food was so good! One tip though, we didn’t end up eating until 1:30, so eat a big breakfast or bring a snack if you have small kids. The day was very well organized! Thanks to everyone!

Terrible Customer Service, False Cooking School

Terrible Customer Service, False Cooking School.

The Cookly confirmation process took such a long time, which was stressful in terms of travel planning. When it was finally confirmed by Cookly and we went to class, the cooking school said that they didn't get any email from Cookly with our information for them to accept until late the night before the class. Because of this, the menu we ordered was not at all what we wanted and we had a less than satisfactory time. I am disappointed because Cookly had said that you were trying to reach the school but the school showed me the late email from your team. It really did put a bad taste in our mouth for the experience and using Cookly. I will not be using them again.
