Paid $499.75 for 25 completed interviews. 8 slots simply stopped — zero recruitment activity for days while the dashboard claimed “active” on pools of “100,000+”.
The delivered ones? One “completed” interview has zero participant responses — the person never spoke a word, still billed. Another respondent barely spoke English; the platform’s own system flagged the interview for low quality mid-session — still counted. One participant did two of my studies under different segments. One failed the screening criteria entirely.
Two support emails over several days: total silence. Not even an auto-reply.
The AI moderator itself is decent. Everything around it — fulfilment, participant QA, support — failed on a paid order. Sent a formal demand: deliver what I paid for or refund ~$220.
