The sad end of a brand I used to love

Been a day one long time fan and it’s saddening to say that they have fallen off and have the worst customer service.I had to send email after email just to get them to create a shipping label and then sat in their warehouse for another 2 weeks.Worst part is they didn’t ship the main item I ordered,did not notify me and kept my money.Had to bother them for another month to get them to do anything and by that time they were out of stock.I was super patient with them and tried to email several time to discuss how frustrating the whole thing was but they just do not return emails.I have spent tens of thousands with them on tree and clothing and they will never get another dime of my money until I hear back from them.

Cookies Merchandise

I placed an order in the new year for a backpack. The package was delivered to an unknown location not provided by myself and later returned to sender according to the tracking details. I have called, emailed and asked for a refund. Still waiting and will NEVER order from you all again! piss ass poor service k!

My order was placed on November 30

My order was placed on November 30, 2024, and a label was printed on December 10, 2024, but the package has not yet been sent. The phone number does not work. I sent emails on December 17 and 18, with no reply. It's a scam site that takes your money. I called the credit card and canceled.

Recently placed an order on 11/30

Recently placed an order on 11/30 expected shipping date was 12/7 checked again it was changed to 12/12/24. 12/10 I received a tracking number and email stating shipment was on its way and all items were fulfilled. 12/14/24 tracking number reports package is still at cookies and ups has not gained access to package. I reached out 12/9, 12/12, and 12/14 via email with no response. I chose to spend my Christmas shopping money here for a Christmas party and now I’m worried they will be without their gifts. Customer service is horrible and basically nonexistent.

Poor customer service

I Made a purchase on December 1st 2024 and received a media confirmation of the order within 24 hours. However, since then, I have not received any further order details and cannot obtain any information from this seller as to current order status of stock on hand item or current its delivery date. I am very dissatisfied at this point, especially with the holidays coming. It looks like the only resolution may be to get with credit card company and refuse payment.

Purchased a very pricey sweatshirt for…

Purchased a very pricey sweatshirt for Christmas, was too small, followed the return policy to a T, had to pay to ship back the sweatshirt only to be sent the same one back. Customer service sucks so bad, they wouldn't even reply to emails. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, no luck there, company wouldn't respond, no wonder they have such a bad rating and no wonder they don't have reviews on their website. apparently, that is why the owner is so rich, scamming people.

Never do business with them

Never do business with them. My wife tried to make an exchange and they couldn’t do it due to policy. We just needed a ledger size is all. Now we are stuck with an overpriced gift that doesn’t fit anyone.

Put in an order for a bookbag December…

Put in an order for a bookbag December 1st. It is December 29th and they have not shipped it or responded to my emails. They however quickly responded to my email on December 4th when I wanted to change my order. I didn’t know all bookbags were not smellproof. They made sure I paid the $1 difference and have not heard from them since. Sent emails on December 14th, 17th and 20th and 24th. Not a single response. The company has tons of reviews just like mine. At this point I’ll just cancel my debt card to make sure they get no more money and report this as fraud.

Zero stars

Zero stars, super regretful of the $300 clothing order!!!! Placed in November and still have not received! 4 people were without Christmas presents because of this. Incredibly unfortunate!!

Skip cookies on melrose rip-off from employees

So yesterday Saturday 12/10/2022 I drove 2 hrs to visit the cookies store on melrose I was so excited and my trip there was long awaited only to have the worst experience and wished I would have stuck to my home town’s dispensaries.Well right when walking in there I told the guy I had never been there it was my first time and I’m not from there so I didn’t know what I was doing so he offered to help well I ended up getting a $58 dollar 8th wich ended up being $80 at the end because according to them it’s taxes I didn’t argue or say anything but make it make sense that according to him the taxes were 25%

Ups and Downs

I ordered from the site and was sent an email stating my order had been processed and sent to the post office. The USPS reflected that they had generated a tracking number. A week passed with no update on shipping. I emailed Cookies to see what the issue was and was informed that an item was out of stock. This was after they had generated a shipping label for the order.

I got another response several days later informing me that I could either pick another item or get a refund. I emailed back telling them I’d like to order a more expensive item and I’d be happy to pay the difference. They were gracious enough to cover the additional cost!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience ordering from Cookies SF. My only complaint is that they never seem to be able to keep a full inventory. Other than that, I love the brand.
