They steal your card number. DONT SHOP WITH THEM

I ordered a item on October 13, 3024 and it had not been delivered.can not reach the company to get my money back. Do not order from them.

I found it very easy to access the product; after I personalized it, I was shown how the finished item would look. I had no problem with the checkout, and completed the whole thing in minutes. Thank you!

While I am really looking forward to receiving my personalized ‘sleeping Angel keychain’ I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t order more than one breed of dog in the same order (I have six pets that I would have liked to have gotten keychains for them all) However, the way the order process works it forces you to make separate orders and pay for them separately. It was very annoying especially to have to pay shipping repeatedly .

Having to do ordering repeatly rather than just add to my current order was annoying enough to discourage me from buying 4 others. You lost out on those sales.

I used your services the past 3 Christmases for ornaments; service is great and timely, product is beautiful and customer service is easily accessible. Thank you for your good work!

I I ordered a pet doormat and the quality was so poor and it was so thin and it was so lightweight and a couple mice could’ve hauled it away. I ended up putting it underneath the dog bowls inside the home but what a scam.

I still haven’t received nothing it’s saying as of 10/24/24 it’s in Chicago and hasn’t said nothing since then I believe this place is really a scam I would had done better actually ordering from somewhere else I will be opening a disbute to get my money back seriously

My pup who passed this month is always with me now imprinted on a very soft cushion cover. She truly looks like she’s watching me with her beautiful eyes. Very happy with the quality and price.

Ordered over a month ago, says it shipped after 5 days of placing the order. Tracking number received but it has never left the origin country. Messaged customer support 2 days ago and was told it will be another 2-3 weeks before delivery. Cannot dispute the charges due to tracking number appearing valid. Be wary on ordering from this site.
