I've bought a pair of boots trainers and paid £130. Parcel force never delivered them claiming that the item was refused. At the end the trainers were sent back to Converse in Netherlands. I've contacted customer service for a refund several times. In the end I've never got a reply and a
refund. This was one month ago. Still waiting. Worst company and dishonest people.
