I ordered a fireplace
I ordered a fireplace - it arrived many months late. the installation by carron lugon was good. However I tried to extend the guarantee - I was asked to do this - form 5yrs to 10 years and I did and got no confirmation - still years later. after a few months the fireplace door paing rusted and want bad - it took many months to get them to agree to change it as it was a faulty product - had to escalate to a director. it was supposed to be delivered in mid march 24 still no show by contura and carron luggon despite millions of emails - both are a complete waste of time if I add up all the chasing they owe me more thant the fireplace and in addition they sell me a faulty product with a gurantee and I have to pay for the installation ( that hasnt happened) for the new door 283chf - dont ever use either of these companies if you want a reliable product or any service - I feel like sending them an invoice for wasting my time, which I probably will
