great prints but their website could be greatly improved, the design interface is stuck in the 90s, why is the screen that you're placing your artwork (AKA the most important part of the whole process) tiny? It's so small that it makes placing and moving artworks basically impossible. Everytime you change the length of the fabric it completely messes up the design meaning you have to do the tedious process all over again.

I cannot thank Contrado enough for their diligence and care in supplying a great printed image on quality material of a drawing that my young grandson had drawn for me. They answered my queries almost immediately and nothing was too much trouble for them. I recommend them highly.

After refusing to refund me saying they would reprint my order I approved the reprint on 9/1. I was then asked on 10/1 if it was approved again...yes.

On 12/1 i got an email saying they were having technical difficulties printing but no timeline on when i would actually receive this replacement.

Again I have requested a refund. This is beyond a joke now.

I ordered a print before Christmas with quick delivery, it arrived on time so i have no complaints there. However when it arrived the fabric was printed incorrectly, with no seamless repeat. Thinking it was my error I checked the preview I got in both my email and my online account, both were absolutely fine so I got in touch with Contrado.

They replied to me on 25/12, telling me it was my fault that the repeat wasn't seamless (despite my preview being correct) but they would replace it for me. Fine, it missed the date I needed it by but not the end of the world.

I waited a few days before emailing requesting an update on when I would receive my replacement fabric. No reply. So I called this morning and was told I would get a reply by email.

Yet again they tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault the fabric was wrong, the print wasn't a seamless repeat (it is) and that there was an error in the portal (nothing to do with me!) but i needed to recreate my print as a regular tiled repeat instead of a half drop to get the correct result?!?!?

Basically they have rotated my tile 90 degrees, so this is why it wont print seamlessly. But this is apparently my fault EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE PREVIEW AND MY EMAIL PREVIEW IS CORRECT!

I have requested a refund because I don't appreciate being continually blamed for something that isn't my error, and i won't wasting more time recreating the print because they can't seem to manage the simplest of orders. They are now ignoring me.

Unprofessional customer service. I won't be using them again or recommending to anyone else.

I’ve recently taken advantage of their free remnants offer (just £5 for p&p).

The parcel delivered had a good mix of different fabric types, different gsm and levels of elasticity. All except one were white though. The remnants were well-sized, most of them were at least twice as big as a fat quarter, which was impressive.

I will consider similar offers and maybe purchasing other fabrics from them in the future.

This company proved to be fabulous for Christmas presents. The quality of their blankets was great as the printed pictures looked fantastic. These blankets absolutely made Christmas. Good luck to all your people.

Quick delivery and good service. Some improvement needed when you have prompt the customer to adjust the picture, it’s a bit complicated.

I received my initial order in good time, but sadly one item had been damaged in Transit.
I contacted the customer service team and Bhavna responded very quickly and arranged a new product in double quick time, which I received today and was in mint condition. I cannot rate Bags of Love and Bhavna in particular any higher. I would not hesitate in using BOL/Contrado again, and also would highly recommend anyone else to do so.

Kajal and the team were fantastic every step of the way. We ordered mugs and tea towels and couldn't be happier with them! The team went out of their way to meet our tight deadline too. Definitely recommend!

My printed quilt panels arrived today, and I wanted to write and say how thrilled and impressed I am. The colors are bright and true, and the quality of the fabric is great. Contrado did a great job printing them and the prints are every bit as pretty and bright as the originals.
I emailed back and forth with Bhavna several times and each time the response was quick and answered my question. What a greatt customer service rep!
Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your work. Ppl are always quick to complain, but forget to compliment, so I wanted to be sure to let you know. Thank you for everything. My kids will be loving this thing waaaay after I am gone!

This is a great company order sent out quickly and the quality of the fabrics are very good. I've brought a few times from them and will again they are so helpful if you need help too. I'd recommended them .

GREAT PRODUCT, FAST DELIVERY

We loved working with Contrado on creating our branded Christmas baubles for our offices. Bhavna was so helpful from start to finish, as soon as we received the test baubles and were happy, she created a bespoke design and order for us. She made the whole process quick and easy - the baubles went to print almost straight away and I can't wait to see the finished product! Highly recommend Contrado, high quality products and excellent customer service.

Abusive and unprofessional, the worst partners imaginable. When you realize that there's an issue with your store and write to them, they immediately try to gaslight you every step of the way. They try to convince you repeatedly that your email address is incorrect as if you don't know your own email, when you send them proof that the email is correct, they try to convince you that you didn't follow the steps required to keep your store active, when you send them proof that you did, they stop answering. Hundreds of products and who knows how many hours spend designing and promoting products, gone because of mistakes that they made and tried to blame on you. It's been more than a month and they're pretending that nothing happened. Do not support them unless you support artist abuse.

They fixed the problem after reading this review. Doesn't change the miserable experience with customer support, but everyone deserves a chance to make up for their mistakes and they did.

We received great assistance from the support team when with and without asking. We had one contact person, Bhavna, who gave updates about the production and shipping of our order. The fast and clear communication was great. If we need similar products in the future, we will not hesitate to collaborate with Contrado again!

I honestly do not have a single bad word to say about my experience with Bags of Love. I recently created a design for a hard glasses case for someone for Christmas. She absolutely loved simba and dumbo but cannot find anything of those characters out there so I found bags of love and created a duo design on there. It was easy to upload my images and create my masterpiece. I even created the cleaning cloth too 😊. After I placed my order, Bags of Love kept me updated with them having to reprint twice before sending me out the finished product and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. It looks brilliant and I cannot wait to gift it. It arrived really quickly, in fact the whole process from ordering to receiving was very fast. Overall I’m delighted and will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend.

When I ordered the jigsaw puzzle and it was delivered, I wasn't happy with the print. The colours weren't very good - too much magenta/red and the images were not as good as the image emailed to me. I contacted the company to see what they could do to fix this issue. I emailed some photos of the finished jigsaw to show them what it was like.
I had a lovely reply from Riddhi and as this jigsaw is for my daughter's 50th birthday, I needed it to be good. As these photos were up to 50 years old, they weren't easy to get some of the detail clear enough.
I'm not very good at the computer, so Riddhi enhanced some of them for me.
The 'new' jigsaw is lovely. The colours and the details are much clearer. I'm so happy that Riddhi and the company were able to help me.
