Prompt and efficient service

I purchased my house using CMS a few years ago. Working as a contractor I was unable to obtain a mortgage directly from a bank. I then sought a mortgage broker and Ken assisted me, arranging my mortgage efficiently. He also helped me remortgage a couple of times since then, presenting me with different offers and interest rates. Each time, the service was very prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend CMS to other contractors.

Remortgage for Self employed and New job

We were looking to remortgage and borrow some money for home improvements having recently started a new role and with my partner self employed this had the potential to be a nightmare.
We contacted CMS and spoke to Ken detailing our requirements and left it to Ken to find us a solution.
We were able to secure the borrowing we wanted at a very competitive rate and the whole process was made really simple for us.
Ken and Lisa kept us updated at every step. We would highly recommend using CMS if you are looking for a hassle free mortgage with a professional service.
